8:15 am to 4:30 pm
NOTE: September and January Support Hours.
Monday to Thursday:
8:15 am to 5:00 pm
5:00 pm to 7:00 pm (emergency on-call)
Friday 8:15 am to 4:30 pm
Moodle Help evening support is offered on an on-call basis Monday to Thursday. There will be no physical on-site support or ticket monitoring. ONLY phone calls are being monitored during evening hours.
