Mathematics 200 is a course which reviews math operations with whole numbers and operations with fractions and decimals. It is a course which makes connections among mathematical ideas, other concepts in mathematics, everyday experiences and other disciplines. Students will become mathematically literate, appreciate the value of mathematics, and make informed decisions as contributors to society.

A variety of teaching assessment strategies help build upon the diverse knowledge, cultures, communication styles, skills, attitudes, experiences, and learning styles of students.
