This course introduces students to the key principles and practices of Human Resource Management, including strategic HRM, job analysis and design, human resource planning, legal issues and diversity, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, health and safety, and union management.
Students are expected to regularly check Moodle for course materials, announcements, forums, assignments, presentations, and examination information.
