This course provides instruction in the collection, preparation and conservation of natural materials used to make nature crafts. Students construct projects using a variety of materials, including bark, branches and roots.
This course introduces the computer and modern technology as a creative tool for the visual artist. Students will focus on developing basic skills in the digital environment, experience with the digital equipment including navigating hardware/software and conceptualizing ideas into artwork. This focus will be completed through the creation of studio projects and assignments.
